To Mr. Rishi Raj Singh IPS ji. Respected sir ji, I read the above article written by you. I am drawing your attention to Ms. Soumya murder case (2011) and Ms. Jisha KP murder case (2016), both of which happened in Kerala. I found the following similarities between Ms. Soumya murder case (which took place in 2011, convict - Mr. Govindachami) and Ms. Jisha KP murder case (which took plce in 2016, convict - Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam). (1) Ernakulam district - Ms. Soumya worked in a mall in Ernakulam district. Ms. Jisha KP lived in Ernakulam district. (2) Both Ms. Soumya and Ms. Jisha K P were murdered by strangers. Murderer of Ms. Soumya was a stranger to Ms. Soumya. Murderer of Ms. Jisha K P was a stranger to Ms. Jisha KP. (3) In both cases, victims (Ms. Soumya and Ms. Jisha KP) were not rich. (4) Both murder cases took place in Kerala and the murdered woman in both cases were Keralites. But, in both cases the convicted murderers, were non-Keralalites. The convicted murderers in both cases hailed from Indian states outside Kerala. In Ms. Soumya murder case, the convict murderer Mr. Govindachami's mother tongue was Tamil. He was born and brought up outside Kerala. In Ms. Jisha KP murder case, the convicted murderer Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam hailed from Assam. (5) In both cases, the convicted murderers were not rich. The convicted murderer in Ms. soumya murder case, the convicted murderer Mr. Govindachami was not rich. Mr. Govindachami was known as a beggar. The convicted murderer in Ms. Jisha KP murder case, Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam was poor. Still, Adv. Biju Antony Aloor (also known as Adv. B A Aloor) appeared in the court for accused in both Ms. Soumya murder case and Ms. Jisha K P murder case. In Ms. Soumya murder case, Mr. Govindachami was found guilty by court an sentenced to life imprisonment. In Ms. Jisha KP murder case, Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam was found gulilty by the court and sentenced to death. The death sentence of Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam (the convicted murderer in Ms. Jisha K P murder case) has not yet been carried out. He is alive now. Please write here your valuable opinion about the way investigation was conducted in Ms. Jisha KP murder case. In your opinion, in Ms. Jisha KP murder case, was the convict Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam the ONLY muderer of Ms. Jisha KP? Do you think it could have been possible for Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam to kill Ms. Jisha KP all by himself WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM ANY OTHER PERSON? Was Ms. Jisha KP trained in any martial art form? As far as I know from the newspaper reports, the convicted murderer in Ms. Jisha KP murder case, Mr. Ameer-ul-Islam was not trained in any martial art form. Please write your valuable opinion about this. With respect, Anju K 8 August 2022
